Bohara's unique culture for the sustainable growth of joyful workplace

Starting from July 1, 2021.

ㆍBohara starts its daily routine every morning by reading ‘Beautiful Gate (Mi Moon)’.

ㆍBohara people have "worship" with a heavenly mind.

ㆍThe stores that are directly managed by Bohara are closed on Sunday.

ㆍIn the event of a disaster in the area where there are stores under direct management, Bohara
opens the store on Sunday to provide free food to local residents.

ㆍBohara conducts workshops once a year for all executives and employees working in the stores
under direct management.

ㆍBohara processes payment schedules with its partners the first.

ㆍBohara prohibits drinking alcohol at all business dinners. (Including visits and meetings with
partners)

ㆍRegardless of the positions in Bohara, it is not acceptable to receive gifts from other companies
and partners. There is only one exception. The employees are allowed to receive gifts of less than
50,000 won (approximately 50 dollars) and products directly produced or distributed by
companies as gifts during traditional holidays. However, the records must be reported to the HR
department immediately.

ㆍBohara gives a bonus to the parents of executives and employees ( full-time employees of the
headquarters and direct management stores who are beyond assistant manager) on its
foundation day every year. Not only that we select and award photos or blog videos that are taken
with family or co-workers.

ㆍAll meetings of Bohara are held according to the schedule of the department in charge of the
work or the staff in charge, not the schedule of the superiors.

ㆍRegardless of the position, Bohara people use his or her own cup or tumbler, and the customer
also takes care of himself or herself.

ㆍBohara awards 120,000 won (approximately 120 dollars) in cash for every reading of the
Bible in full. (Including direct management stores)

ㆍBohara distributes 10% of its operating profit equally to its full-time employees every
quarter.

ㆍBohara provides 500,000 won (approximately 500 dollars) in cash for 20 months as child-
rearing expenses when a child is born. (Applied only to full-time employees of the
headquarters who have worked for more than one year and assisting managers of direct
management stores)

ㆍBohara runs a daycare center for all employees' children.

ㆍThe employees of Bohara headquarters are provided with a month-long paid sabbatical
every seven years.

ㆍBohara uses 10% of its annual net profit (20% of the net profit in every seventh year) to
help neighbors in need.

ㆍBohara forgives, encourages, and supports any mistakes or failures that have occurred
through agreed work. However, lies or false reports, no matter how trivial, are checked for
authenticity and held accountable accordingly.

ㆍBohara people, regardless of their position, accept criticisms done in front of them as
grateful since it can contribute to the growth of individuals and the company at the same
time. However, talking behind someone’s back is considered as a reason for disciplinary
action since it promotes discord within the company.

·For the informal communication of "Bohara," all executives and employees gather together on the morning of the last Monday of every month to hold "Soboro Day" (short for communicating Bohara-ro) as follows.

First.
Share various major management issues in Bohara for a month with all employees. (Share information)

Second.
Announce each employee's soul dream (short for dream containing soul). He proudly declares his dream in front of all employees and announces a strong start to achieve his precious dream. (Announcement of Young Dream)

Third.
In order to create a happy workplace, all executives and employees ask questions to the founder (chairman) and professional manager (president) and hear honest answers. (Question and answer)

All executives and employees who join Bohara are welcomed together, and unfortunately, the executives and employees who leave Bohara pray that God's grace will always be with you in a new place and deliver and bless with sincerity. (Welcome Blessing)

We sincerely bless all birthday executives and employees and present a small birthday gift.(birthday congratulations)

ㆍBohara is a Christian company that considers honest success as the best value.
Therefore, we do not use the company’s goods and corporate credit cards personally
even for the small things. In addition, all acts of receiving money and excessive
entertainment from other companies are prohibited regardless of their positions. If any of
the acts listed above are detected, they will receive notice of dismissal and take civil and
criminal legal measures depending on the cases.

ㆍBohara does not expand its business impractically through borrowing.

So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way.
